Creative Thought Partnering

Collective wisdom generates rich and dynamic thought processing, brainstorming and impactful messaging. Together with Executive Directors and their teams, we co-create strategies to expand businesses’ communications, donor relations, community outreach, and educational materials to deepen the impact of their organizational work.

The Business Of –  A five-year project to build out the company vision as a female-led, reproductive justice documentary film-making company. Facilitated the self-distribution strategy of their documentary films The Business of Birth Control and Weed the People. Produced live screening premiere events from coast to coast, and private screenings for aligned partners and community members. Produced and managed a virtual Body Literacy Conference for over 2500 registrants worldwide as well as dozens of webinars and conversations.

Black Women’s Blueprint – Provided strategic thought partnership to support the organization’s expansion and rebrand, including donor development, cohesive multi-platform communications, and online and in-person event production. Played a key role in organizational planning, future visioning, and implementation. Highlights of this collaboration were strategic planning for their Decolonizing Midwifery Convening, which convened leaders in the field for a week-long retreat to focus on reproductive and racial justice advocacy, cultural, and academic production in the birth justice movement; and opening ceremonies for their recently acquired land for a retreat center in upstate New York.

Event Producing & Art Experiences

Collective energy fuels transformative event production and art experiences that move beyond performance into purpose. We co-create gatherings that embody mission and message, curating immersive experiences that reflect organizational values, activate storytelling, invite audiences into meaningful participation, and amplify visibility.

Collected Works Bookstore & Coffeehouse – For nearly a decade, Cecile has produced and curated author events for Santa Fe’s most beloved independent bookstore, shaping it into a vibrant hub of literary and community life. Orchestrating around 80 in-store events annually, we bring together a dynamic mix of local legends, national voices, and emerging writers to share their stories and spark dialogue. When the pandemic shuttered its doors, Cecile produced Keep the Pages Turning—a virtual one-night event that rallied our community and raised over $60,000 to sustain the store through uncertain times. From concept to curation to creative marketing, Cecile leads efforts that not only amplify the bookstore’s mission but also deepen its enduring relationship with the community near and far.

Apiary Conference – Ripple led event production and creative facilitation for a multi-day, in-person convening that brought together 100 participants from across the country. Managed detailed coordination with conference venue staff to ensure timely and high-quality service. Oversaw day-to-day operations to maintain a smooth flow of events, troubleshoot in real time, and support both presenters and attendees throughout the experience.

Community Organizing

Community organizing and political campaigns thrive on collective momentum and shared purpose. In collaboration with campaign leaders, grassroots organizers, and local advocates, we co-create strategies that amplify community voice, mobilize action, and drive measurable change. Through targeted messaging, coalition-building, and on-the-ground engagement, we help translate values into votes and passion into policy. These efforts cultivate belonging, build trust, and create lasting infrastructure for civic participation and leadership.

Political Campaigns – Served as campaign manager and field director for local political campaigns, providing a comprehensive communications strategy and campaign support for progressive candidates. Developed messaging across digital, print, and in-person platforms to effectively engage voters and build grassroots support. Oversaw campaign operations, including volunteer coordination, event planning, and media outreach to drive visibility and impact within the community. All candidates were elected to office.
