Our greatest opportunity for impact lies in creating moments for people to connect with and support each other in their quest to take the sustained action that leads to deep and profound change.

Explore the ripples we've made in our state, nation, and world through art experiences, community organizing, and creative thought partnering.

Creative Thought Partnering

Collective wisdom generates rich and dynamic thought processing, brainstorming and impactful messaging. Together with Executive Directors and their teams, we co-create strategies to expand businesses’ communications, donor relations, community outreach, and educational materials to deepen the impact of their organizational work.

Black Women's Blueprint

Black Women's Blueprint

In strategic thought partnership with Black Women's Blueprint, Ripple has provided guidance for increased donor development, cohesive communication across all platforms, event producing, and deep engagement in organizational planning, future visioning and implementation.

In 2021, on behalf of Black Women's Blueprint, Cecile co-produced an 8-part listening series with the National Organization for Women (NOW) entitled 100 Days of Feminist Agenda - Healing From Centuries of Oppression: Our Work Is Not Yet Done. 32 panelists and more than 1000 feminist activists created a space where our intersectional and radical feminism grew and deepened. We reaffirmed that the communities that have been most devastated by years of oppression and discrimination continue to be centered in our advocacy work and policymaking. A resource toolkit was generated from the series to help feminists activists learn about different organizations, perspectives, and legislation.

Community Organizing

The power of ‘boots on the ground’ as one of the tools of catalyzing change is not only meaningful for those marching and rallying, but it provides a physical outlet for expressing our anger, our joy, our fierceness and a visual aid to show our collective strength.

One Billion Rising

One Billion Rising is the biggest mass action to end violence against women (cisgender, transgender, and those who hold fluid identities that are subject to gender-based violence) in human history. The campaign, which launched on Valentine’s Day 2012, began as a call to action based on the staggering statistic that 1 in 3 women on the planet will be beaten or raped during her lifetime. With the world population at 7 billion, this adds up to more than ONE BILLION WOMEN AND GIRLS. While still at V-Day producing the global campaign, Cecile produced and co-produced the local Santa Fe events, as part of a worldwide action to highlight the statistic that 1 in 3 women (1 billion) will be raped or beaten in their lifetime.

Art Experiences

Ripple Catalyst Studio is founded on the core belief that the fusion of art and activism has the capacity to catalyze social change. We focus on developing and producing creative live experiences that highlight some of the most critical social justice issues of our times. As catalysts for change, we disrupt existing ways of thinking and push the boundaries to bring energy and momentum to new ideas.

James Lecesne’s

The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey

As The New York Times reviewed, James is "one of the most talented solo performers of his (or any) generation." James uses the art of great storytelling to highlight the universal theme of fear and hatred of the “other" in his one man show, The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey." This compelling story is a celebration of the amazing differences in our world. It acknowledges how rich our lives are because of our diversity, and is a reminder to be true to oneself.

Ripple Catalyst Studio produced Absolute Brightness' Santa Fe performance at the Adobe Rose Theater.
